For more than fifteen years, my calling has been clear: to help leaders become more BOLD, visible and confident in their careers.

Everything I teach is rooted in the belief behind my brand: you were born with a gift, and when you honour that gift, your entire life transforms.

I followed the traditional path, university, corporate HR, the career that looked perfect on paper, but something inside me whispered, “You have a bigger purpose.” 

Even in those early roles, people came to me for honesty, clarity and support. 

I was coaching long before I ever carried the title. 

In 2009, after deep soul searching, I worked with my own coach and everything became clear. 

I was born to guide, teach and transform. 

I trained with The Coaching Academy and in 2010 became one of the youngest certified Black female life coaches in the UK.

I became a coach because I kept seeing brilliant leaders hide their greatness. 

People with talent and vision shrinking themselves.

Professionals doubting what others could already see clearly. 

I recognised that story because it was once mine, and I made it my mission to help leaders rise into who they are truly meant to be.

Back in 2010, as a young coach, doors did not open easily, so I built my own. 

I became visible. 

I built a personal brand. 

I became one of the first coaches using social media to share my message long before it became the norm.

 

I did not chase opportunities, I attracted them.

Over the next decade, I worked within major FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 organisations including BP, GSK and Dell.

I coached managers, supported leaders through change, helped teams rebuild confidence and guided professionals through difficult seasons. 

This chapter confirmed what had always been true. 

Coaching and training was never just a job. It was my gift.

In 2020, redundancy, global uncertainty and the heartbreaking loss of my grandmother and my best friend brought my life to a moment of stillness.

 

In that pause, I made a decision to rebuild with purpose, intention and truth. 

I relaunched my coaching practice as a fully virtual global business, helping leaders create confidence, visibility and careers that reflect their gifts. 

Today, I have coached more than two thousand leaders worldwide and host the Unwrap Your GIFT Podcast, sharing stories that inspire and ignite personal transformation.

Alongside coaching, I am also a foster carer. 

My family and I have cared for more than twenty children, from premature newborns to teenagers finding their place in the world. 

This role shaped my compassion, my resilience and my belief that every person can rise when someone simply sees them.

Today, my work has evolved into a distinct and powerful niche. 

I specialise in virtual group coaching and training, creating dynamic learning environments where leaders can grow together, reflect deeply and transform in real time. 

My sessions are highly interactive, emotionally safe and strategically designed to build confidence, visibility and leadership skills at scale. 

After thousands of hours facilitating groups across industries and continents, I have become known for my ability to hold space, ignite conversation, and bring out the brilliance in every leader on the screen. 

Virtual coaching is not just how I work, it is where I deliver my greatest impact.
